Marina is our Senior Accountant who works closely with clients in all areas of advisory, accounting and tax compliance fields. She has been a member of the Eagle 1 team since 2013, making her one of the originals!
With more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry, there isn’t much that Marina hasn’t seen before. Born and raised in Ukraine, Marina began her life in Australia at the age of 17 when she commenced her studies in Business and Accounting at Griffith University. After completing her degree, Marina has enjoyed furthering her studies by becoming CPA accredited and a Commissioner for Declarations.
Marina is truly passionate about accounting and believes that there is no other business sector that would give her exposure to so many various industries and the opportunity to meet and work with people from different walks of life.
On a personal level, Marina is a loving mother to two sons. Spending action-packed time with her boys is absolutely Marina’s favourite thing to do on the weekends and holidays. She also loves to indulge in reading classic literature and listening to podcasts, or watching any English comedy masterpieces. Marina’s days are so much better with a cup of coffee in her hand.
